Virginia Usatii of Automobile Club Moldova presents a certificate of participation to Igor Barbalata, senior highway design engineer of the Republic of Moldova State Road Administration on 29 October 2014. More than 20 engineers, police and other road professionals attended the EuroRAP training on the use of the survey results for that country.
